Raspberry Liquor (Crème de framboise) a Liquor made from pure rapsberry infusion (from the macerated fruit). The raspberry varietal used is Williamette and sourced from Serbia only. This varietal is very aromatic and well coloured, especially suited to this maceration process. Slightly acidulated and is lifted by a light black pepper spice offering it a long finish.
